Cancellations
Advance notice in canceling a service is always appreciated. Please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide us with the required notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you up to the full cost of the treatment(s).
You may substitute your appointment time with someone else and you will not get charged. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full service cost.
Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our staff with empty appointment times as well as other guests who can not get in for servicing. Thank you for your understanding.
